The long-awaited album 'Alpha' from Shenseea is out and stunting, and so are the reviews according to Rachel Aroesti from the Guardian Newspaper in the UK, 'Shenseea is staggeringly profane. Sometimes this is pushed to the point of unintentional comedy (the sweetly romantic slow jam Deserve It somehow manages to find room for the line 'put that pussy in a hearse every time'), but usually it feels like a suitable accompaniment to the uninhibited, thundering energy of her music.'
Brooklyn Vegan magazine noted, ' A handful of songs sound like hits (some already are), the deeper cuts are just as thrilling, and Shenseea already sounds like a seasoned pro with a sound she can call her own.'
'Alpha' contains features from artists like Megan Thee Stallion, Sean Paul, 21 Savage, Tyga, Beenie Man, and Offset
